Kimberly
Jones B.S., LMT
Kimberly has worked
in the medical field for 25 years in the laboratory and has a good understanding of how the physiological disorders have impact
on the physical disorders. This knowledge allows her to understand what direction to take her client’s treatment to
get the greatest amount of relief in the shortest amount of time. Kimberly’s
massage therapy specialization includes techniques in neuromuscular, isolated muscle stretching, myofascial release, and sports
massage. She is an advocate of preventive medicine and knows first hand the importance of life’s basics such as water,
nutrition, rest, exercise, and massage to maintain the body’s systems for good health. Massage
is included because it helps move, activate, and release all of life’s basics throughout the body to maintain balance
in the endocrine, muscular, circulatory, and nervous system. Kimberly has a passion

Potterf, Co-Owner Fit Club National Academy Sports Medicine- Performance Enhancement Specialist, CrossFit Level
1 Trainer
Mitch is the head trainer and co-owner of Fit Club and an adjunct faculty member in
the Sport & Exercise Studies Dept at Columbus State Community College. Mitch focuses on performance based fitness and
athletic programs. There are numerous programs out there that will give detailed plans on "what' to do and while that
is important, first you have to know why you are doing it. We will explore why health and fitness is
important on a personal level and how first answering that question in as little as ten minutes can make all the difference
in your life.
